📦 Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). During peak seasons or holidays, please allow up to 3 business days.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase and a tracking email when your package ships.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Estimated Times

  • Domestic (US): 6–10 business days ✈️

  • Rest of World: 8–15 business days 🌐

Times are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or customs inspections.

📦 What’s in the Box

Each shipment includes your selected Travel Compression Bag set and any add-ons (extra bags/pump), securely packed to arrive clean, dry, and protected.

🔎 Tracking & Updates

  • A tracking link is emailed once your order leaves the warehouse.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

🏠 Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please enter your full name, address, and phone correctly at checkout.

  • Need a change? Email info@heveyo.com within 12 hours of ordering. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

📬 Delivery Notes

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

  • PO Boxes may require standard postal service (longer timelines).

  • If the carrier marks your order Delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors/building staff and contact the carrier. Then email info@heveyo.com so we can help.

🌐 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

  • For orders outside the US, import duties/VAT may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Heveyo™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

❗ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@heveyo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We’ll assist with a replacement or solution after a quick investigation with the carrier. 📩

🔄 Split Shipments & Pre-Orders

  • To get items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost (you’ll receive separate tracking).

  • Pre-order items ship on the estimated date shown on the product page; in-stock items may ship first.
