Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). During peak seasons or holidays, please allow up to 3 business days.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase and a tracking email when your package ships.

Times are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or customs inspections.
📦 What’s in the Box
Each shipment includes your selected Travel Compression Bag set and any add-ons (extra bags/pump), securely packed to arrive clean, dry, and protected.
🔎 Tracking & Updates

A tracking link is emailed once your order leaves the warehouse.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.
🏠 Address Accuracy & Changes

Please enter your full name, address, and phone correctly at checkout.

Need a change? Email info@heveyo.com within 12 hours of ordering. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

PO Boxes may require standard postal service (longer timelines).

If the carrier marks your order Delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors/building staff and contact the carrier. Then email info@heveyo.com so we can help.
🌐 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

For orders outside the US, import duties/VAT may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@heveyo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

To get items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost (you’ll receive separate tracking).

Pre-order items ship on the estimated date shown on the product page; in-stock items may ship first.
