30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund.

  • Returns are accepted for unused items in their original packaging with all accessories (bag, caps, cables, manuals).

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges & Defects

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll replace it at no cost or provide a prepaid return label.

  • For exchanges (e.g., swapping a bundle), we’ll help you choose the fastest resolution.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@heveyo.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  3. Pack your items securely and ship using the provided details.

Note: For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours, provided it hasn’t shipped yet.

  • If the order has shipped, please follow the return process above once it arrives.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that are used, washed, or not in resellable condition.

  • Final-sale or clearance items (if marked on the product page).

  • Returns without RMA or sent to the wrong address.

International Orders

  • International returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Duties/taxes paid at import are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days from our confirmation, please check with your bank/issuer first. Then email info@heveyo.com and we’ll assist immediately.
